One of the Italian group ALTAECO S.p.A. brands, Ceramica Bardelli was originally established as a glazing line in the ’60s, standing out right away for the exceptional quality of its products. In the early ’80s the company began to conduct formal and aesthetic research applied to the art of ceramics, and soon became a key interpreter of trends in the wider-ranging sector of home furnishings and design. Throughout the years, authors like Piero Fornasetti, Marcel Wanders, Dimorestudio, StudioPepe, Ruben Toledo, Ronald Van Der Hilst, Nigel Coates, Tord Boontje and Davide Pizzigoni  have signed Ceramica Bardelli’s ceramics tiles collections, joining decoration with shape.

At this year Cersaie edition, amongst other novelties, Ceramica Bardelli will present the ZIP collection. Born from the collaboration between Ceramica Bardelli and Meneghello Paolelli Associati, ZIP is the new tiles collection boldly reinterpreting vintage ceramics coatings. ZIP transforms ceramics in a dynamic visual system, poised between rhythm and asymmetry. The two colors of the collection – anthracite black and ivory white – highlight the decorative colored joints, a fundamental feature of this collection. ZIP is ideal both for flooring and walls coating.
