As a mechanism speaking for the fate of the contemporary urban docksides, Olafur Eliasson’s Fjordenhus could not be more articulate. The carefully crafted headquarters of the Kirk Capital financial group in Vejle in Denmark, completed in June 2018, is first and foremost a trophy building, elegant but static.
