MEGA-OMA. For OMA, the BLOX project “absorbs the city’s life”. With good reason, as its programme includes exhibition spaces, offices, co-working spaces, a café, a bookstore, a fitness centre, a restaurant, twenty-two apartments, an underground automated car park and, the cherry on the top, the Danish Architecture Centre. In short, a range of functions for a building which comes close to the dream of a megastructure without taking on intimidating proportions.
