The Foodmet by ORG
In June 2015, the architecture and urbanism office ORG Architecture – based in Brussels and New York – completed in the neighbourhood of Cureghem-Anderlecht in Brussels the Foodmet. ORG Architecture imagined this 12 000 sq. metres covered market converting an industrial slaughterhouse into a mixed urban environment. The project consists of dozens of interconnected and flexible spaces, linked by the deployment of a variety of repeatable concrete wall panels.
